ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH FOUNDATION SURGERY AFFILIATES
ScImage selected as the strategic partner for enterprise
wide imaging services for all Foundation Surgery Affiliates hospitals
nationwide
Los Altos, Calif. - February 27, 2006 - ScImage, a leading enterprise
imaging and information management company, announced the completion of
the first implementation phase of its flagship enterprise imaging solution,
PicomEnterprise at Foundation Surgery Affiliates (FSA) of Oklahoma City,
Okla. This partnership is the first phase of an aggressive expansion project
over the next several years.

The Foundation Surgery Affiliates standard installation features ScImage's
complete Enterprise Imaging Solution with worklist functionality, full
integration with their existing clinical information system, dictation
and transcription services and document management capabilities. The resulting
solution provides the physicians of Foundation Surgery Affiliates with
a complete workflow solution that can be accessed from any FSA location
by any FSA staff member with access privileges.
Successful implementations of ScImage's PicomEnterprise Solution have
been completed at three FSA facilities in Amarillo, Tex., Houston, Tex.
and the company headquarters in Oklahoma City, Okla. These installations
are combined in a clustered server environment set to provide complete
disaster recovery and business continuity for all sites throughout Foundation.
