SCIMAGE TO PROVIDE STRYKER CORPORATION WITH ORTHOPAEDIC FOCUSED PACS SOLUTION
ScImage and Stryker Partner to Provide Complete Orthopaedic Digital Imaging Solution
Los Altos, CA and Kalamazoo, MI - March 15, 2004 — ScImage, a leading provider of image and information management and distribution solutions and medical imaging workstations based in Los Altos, California, announced today that it is partnering with Stryker Corporation to provide an orthopedic-focused imaging and information management solution based on ScImage’s flagship Enterprise PACS system, PICOMEnterprise. Under the terms of the agreement Stryker will immediately begin selling a complete orthopedic Digital Imaging solution powered by ScImage software, primarily targeted at orthopedic physician offices and clinics. ScImage will also provide data hosting services for archiving and telemedicine.
