SCIMAGE & MENNEN MEDICAL CORPORATION ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC ALLIANCE
Companies to Provide Integrated Solution for Cardiac Image Archiving and Hemodynamic Monitoring
Los Altos, CA February 2, 2004 — ScImage, a leading provider of image and information management and distribution solutions and medical imaging workstations based in Los Altos, California, announced today that it has formed an alliance with Mennen Medical Corp. (Trevose, PA). The agreement reflects the goal of both organizations to provide optimal diagnostic information and data management solutions for their customers. As part of the agreement, ScImage has partnered with Mennen to deliver an integrated image and data management solution for current and future ScImage and Mennen customers.
