ScImage's RIS/PACS solution, PicomEnterprise enables a digital workflow that can simplify the Orthopedic Surgeon's day-to-day operation. PicomEnterprise is developed as a single web-server based architecture. This facilitates image distribution to workstations and networked PCs in examination rooms and eliminates the need for multiple viewing applications by distributing the same tools to physicians whether they are inside the facility or working from home.

Distribute
PicomEnterprise can be deployed in a single site configuration or as a multi-site solution that enables centralized storage and distribution of images captured at various clinics and surgery centers. The web-server based design facilitates collaborative reading for a distributed group of surgeons.

Workflow filters allow for streamlined patient throughput by giving the technician or physician sorting capabilities. Users can select exams performed by day, exams completed at a particular facility, or by referring physician or by attending physician.

PicomEnterprise is also capable of MS Windows©-based paper printing and film-based DICOM printing and CD Creation comes standard with our solution. ScImage® also support thin client integration with 3rd party solutions like Citrix© for image distribution.
