If and when you need your data, ScImage can provide visual access in minutes, not hours. We can return your data to you electronically in moments, not days. Or we can return your data via courier on physical media. Evaluate the differences in disaster recovery offerings. There is no more complete off-site solution outside of PicomOnline by ScImage.

DR service is provided to new ScImage PACS installations during the warranty period and while the system is covered under a post-warranty service contract. Service is limited to new data from the time of installation. Cloud Disaster recovery service for migrated data or other prior data is available separately.

With PicomOnline, you can log in from virtually anywhere to access your images and reports. New data can be sent directly to PicomOnline acting as a surrogate PACS. With HL7 hooks in place and your local server back on line, ScImage can provide prior images and data automatically to compliment your current casework.

Using other DR solutions, you’ll typically wait days to get your data delivered to you on some physical media. PicomOnline gives it to you immediately. Simply log in.

Data restoration can be a direct electronic feed to your new server or bulk delivery of your data on physical media. It’s good to have a choice. For near term local data loss, ScImage can synchronize your lost data back to you.
