APPLICATIONS SPECIALIST CAREERS AT SCIMAGE
ScImage, Inc., the leading developer of web-enabled medical image and information management systems is a fast growing company located in the San Francisco Bay area. We are looking for an Applications Specialist responsible for coordinating and conducting applications training to end users including PACS administrators.
Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering Major
• Strong background or desire to learn network medical imaging workflow
• Strong background in PACS/RIS implementation & Project Management
• Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, HIS, RIS, EMR, PACS, etc.
• Clinical experience in related Radiology and Cardiology disciplines
• Previous 3D, MIP and MPR experience preferred
• Understanding of the functional issues that relate to PC usage
• Knowledge of MS Windows, NT, 2000, XP, Server 2003
• Must have the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
• Outstanding communication skills
• Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills, team skills, and positive attitude
Preferred:
• Previous medical imaging and clinical experience
• Experience in applications training
